Well it's not going as well as I would like. My back is still hurting, and despite the effort of my chiropractor, I cried today during my adjustment, simply because I'm so tired of hurting :( Of course they don't issue pain medication prescriptions there, so I'm afraid there is not much I can do except take some ibuprofen, and use the heat pack, or maybe a cold pack and numb the crud out of it....that's what my sister does....
Argh!!!!!! :(

Like the song "Alcohol" says: it is medicine and it is poison. Or self-prescribe something that is not "governmentally approved", yet helps chronic pain and is impossible to overdose on. ;)
