Well we are actually in the process of moving, back into town, very exciting. Hate signing a year lease, but its' worth it. This place is in a wonderful area, right down the street from my daughters' new school. Very cool! Big backyard, and carpet only in the bedrooms! Tile everywhere else, which is more than ok, having a pet who occasionally spills his bladder if he gets excited, also with a two year old, spilling stuff all the time. Anyway, we still have quite a bit to do at the old house. Our previous landlords are so nice, and were upset that we were leaving, but we will save at least $400 a month on gasoline expenses, so I think it's worth it. Can't wait to have everything unpacked and put up so we can have an open house party...yay, probably not too many people invited, but a few that we really like, lol.
